RETURNS POLICY
NUMBER 3 is committed to providing you products of high quality. If you are not satisfied
with your order, we will be happy to exchange or refund you the products concerned.
You have 7 days from the date of reception to return us the products via registered courier
service. You are liable for the expense of sending the return. Only products that are in their
original condition will be refunded or exchanged, others will be returned to the customers
at their own cost. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods
on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with
the exception of postage and packing.
Products on sale can neither be returned nor exchanged. Perfumes and beauty products
may not be returned or exchanged. Broken, incomplete or used products may
not be returned or exchanged. Broken, incomplete or used products that we receive
as returns will be returned at cost to the sender. Products mentioned as ARCHIVE may
not be returned or exchanged.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded
for shipments outside the European Community. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain
copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive with
NUMBER 3 within the above stated timeframe. Please note that NUMBER 3 does not accept
liability for returned goods. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit
and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We will only refund or provide
an exchange for the costs of postage / transport where the item returned is faulty.
